He is our part-time receptionist. He works on Friday and Saturday. He helps us with phone calls, greeting our fab clients, serving drinks, arrange appointments, cleaning tools, content and more. So, if a guy answers your phone call, no it is not the wrong number, it's Josh doing his job.
